How long does recovery take?+
We aim to have a truck with you within a few hours of booking during working hours. Nationwide transport to our workshop typically takes one to two days, depending on distance.
What if my car has low ground clearance or air suspension?+
We use extended ramps and carefully adjust the winch speed to protect the front bumper and underbody. For vehicles with Airmatic, we can activate recovery mode if available.
Do you charge extra for weekend or out-of-hours recovery?+
Our standard rates apply during Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 11am–2pm. For emergency out-of-hours collections, please call us for a personalised quote.
